The user accepts that the above mentioned rights are granted during the legal term of protection of these comments and testimonials.
The messages and pictures are posted at the sole responsibility of the author, who is liable for and bears all consequences related thereto. More specifically, the author guarantees ESMOD against all actions of third parties resulting out of or in connection with the content of the message posted by its author. The identity of Users is only publicly visible if the User has activated his public profile or Public CV. Each User is free to activate or deactivate his public profile at any time.
The information collected from Network Users through their profile and form can only be viewed by other Network Users (students, graduates, authorized recruiters, Administrators). Users, through the management of their privacy settings, can limit access to information in their profile depending on the type of User.
Users of the Recruiter type or persons representing a partner company provide the following data for the creation of an Account:
- Civility, First name, Last name, E-mail, Function in the company
- Company name and company address
Visitors from outside the network who register for an event must provide the following minimum data:
- First name, Last name, Email
And depending on certain events, the following data:
- Address, Telephone, Mobile, Date of birth, Current position, Company, Professional address, Professional e-mail
As part of the payment for a Service on the Site (ticket for an event, etc.), we will ask you to provide information relating to the delivery and billing address in order to create an order and an associated receipt. We do not store any bank card or RIB data, this information is processed by our online payment processing providers (Stripe for the payment of event registrations).
